Description
This course goes beyond the generalized overview, background information and basic clinical strategies for management of Parkinson’s disease. During the course, we will address some of the more complex clinical questions that arise when addressing in Parkinson disorders such as: – Interdisciplinary Evaluation & Shared Decision-Making: Medical Management – Freezing of Gait: Assess, Intervene, Repeat – Cognitive-Motor Interference: Compensate or Recover? – Prognostication & Durable Medical Equipment – Justification & Clinical Application of “Skilled Maintenance”
