Objectives
Course Goals: This course is intended to instruct the professional on the appropriate treatments and screenings for patients with musculoskeletal issues. Professional Objectives: At the end of this course the participant will be able to: List the importance of the subjective evaluation and history in the process of differential Diagnosis Recognize red and yellow flags for the cervical and shoulder girdle and objective examination to confirm. List the six most important statistical measurement s used to determine a Gold standard evidence based study as well as understanding what Clinical PredictionRules are, their pros and cons. Identify musculoskeletal issues of the thoracic region Identify four medical conditions that may refer to the spine but are nonmusculoskeletal in origin and require a physician's intervention List four CPR of the spine that have good reliability and are effective in use. List three dural tests that will assist in determining normal neuromeningeal pathway mobility. List different causes of dizziness and be able to differentiate between vascular insufficiency symptoms and BPPV. Criteria for Completion: A score of 70% or more is considered passing. Scores of less than 70% indicate a failure to understand the material and the test will need to be taken again until a passing score has been achieved.
