Linda McAllister, PT, GTC, graduated from North Park University with a BA in Sociology and earned a BS Physical Therapy from Northwestern University. After graduation, she worked at University Illinois Hospital with a diverse patient population including acute care, rehab, cardiac rehab and outpatient. She was involved in clinical research and quality improvement. In addition, she traveled to the former republic of Zaire in Central Africa, practicing for 2 years as a physical therapist in a remote village hospital. Linda’s focus gradually narrowed to geriatrics in which she has been practicing for the last 14 years in a variety of settings including home health, SNF and outpatient. She received her Geriatric Training Certification (GTC). She combines a passion for excellence and love of learning with her diverse experience to bring superior treatment for her patients. She is currently employed with Life Care Centers in Kirkland, WA and practices in outpatient clinics located on site in assisted living facilities.
