This evidenced based course describes the anatomy and physiology of the vestibular system and various disorders commonly seen in vestibular dysfunction. Treatment options for each disorder, as well as expected outcomes are also covered. The structure of the course consists of lecture, video presentation, and one hour of reading. Videos assessing vestibular disorders and interpreting findings are included along with treatment options for each disorder. Case studies are presented and a question / answer segment that addresses the most commonly asked questions. At the conclusion of this course, the participant will be able to perform a basic vestibular assessment and provide treatment as appropriate.
