Objectives

Objectives Perform and interpret common outcome measures across the ICF model to help track and document patient improvements. Utilize prediction models, which can aid in establishing diagnosis and prognosis across the continuum of care. Apply intensity principles to multiple types of interventions. Apply key concepts of motor learning, that are critical for improving outcomes post-stroke. Describe effective long-term management strategies for individuals post-stroke including secondary prevention and wellness.
