CSE Classes will be held on dates as listed in a live on-line interactive format. Start and stop times may be adjusted slightly to accommodate for the various time zones. Full contents will be included for all classes and CEU's credits will be recognized as live education.
Introduction to Hand Therapy has been attended by over 6,000 therapists since its inception over 20 years ago! It has been recognized as a comprehensive introduction to the fundamentals of caring for all hand injuries. This course is designed to provide P.T’s., O.T’s, ATC’s and assistants with in-depth information on evaluating and treating patients with injuries to the hand. The emphasis is on topics which are clinically applicable for patient care. Lecture portions cover the following topics: functional anatomy; comprehensive hand evaluation; exercises for strength and range of motion; modalities; wound and scar care; splinting principles; and protocols for treatment of common hand pathologies.
