During this course you will learn a wide range of Reformer movements which have been newly adapted to the mat using a Pilates Tube Band. The Pilates Tube Band with handles helps target muscles while allowing you assistance to pay attention to form & control. Variations for decreasing and increasing the level of control required for training beginners to advance Pilates clients will be taught.
Reformer movements in standing as well as on the mat are included to provide practitioners with a wide range of movements for prescribing a total body programme.
In order to complete this course you must have attended APPI’s Pilates for Rehabilitation – Matwork Level One course or a 2 day Pilates Matwork course with a recognised Pilates training provider.
