This seminar is packed with approaches to assess and respond to the risk of long-term and acute violence, as well as strategies to use when faced with active shooters. You will leave with tools to respond to violent incidents including the C.A.L.M. approach and "The Cliff" schemata that prepare clients and their caregivers in the event that the client becomes dangerous in the home or community. You will also leave with the tools to set up a safer work environment, and information on which panic systems work best in which settings.
