Description
This course will provide a brief focused review of the most common neurogenerative diseases, including amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), Huntington’s Disease, Parkinson’s Disease, Alzheimers’s, Friedreich’s ataxia, Lewy Body Disease, and Spinal Muscle Atrophy. The participant will be provided with concise overviews of each disease/disorder, and a strategy for differential diagnosis of these disorders. An evidence based review of current rehabilitation strategies for each disease/disorder will be provided.
