Objectives
At the completion of this course, participants should be able to:

4.Explain the functional importance of the preserved meniscus
5.Recognize general complications of meniscal surgery including: infection, DVT, RSD and chronic effusion
6.Recognize general complications of meniscal repair including: failure of repair, arthrofibrosis and neurologic injury
7.Recognize patellar tendon and quadriceps ruptures and list surgical considerations
8.Differentiate between a traditional and progressive rehabilitation program with tendon ruptures
