Description
The Back School of Atlanta's online, interactive training course is a cost effective, easy to use tool that is designed to allow you to learn at your own pace and take at your leisure. If you are confused about what to do with ergonomics, you will learn about the standards highlights and what you should do to prepare for future regulatory revisions... they are coming!
This workshop certifies that you are able to perform an office or industrial ergonomic analysis using the OSHA Ergonomics Standard (repealed) checklist. OSHA does not specify who is qualified to analyze jobs or outline any certification process. After completing two jobsite analysis reports, you will be given your certificate designating you as a "Certified Ergonomics Assessment SpecialistTM". Another group that also offers certification in ergonomics is the Board of Certification in Professional Ergonomics.
The time frame for completing the online course is 90 days for each participant.
