    Description
This seminar will answer the following questions: What outcome measures can I use to extend length of stay? How can I figure out if my patient is actually responding to the therapies I am offering? How can I administer constraint-induced therapy in my setting? What really works in stroke patients with spasticity? How do you find accurate, evidence-based information quickly and easily? This seminar uses practical applications to explore evidence-based recovery options for all phases of stroke. Neuroplasticity, electrical stimulation, mental imagery, and spasticity reduction are also addressed. Participants will also learn modified constraint induced therapy (mCIT). This reimbursable treatment approach was developed by the instructor and his team, and has been proven effective for nearly a decade. Dr. Page and his team not only test stroke recovery techniques; but they have developed several of them. Come learn strategies, technologies and treatment options to help your patients attain the highest recovery level.
