Agenda

Description
Making meaningful recommendations that your patient will actually implement, calls for an understanding of the patient’s resources, DME, Home Design.
In the current medical climate where patients are being discharged to home faster from acute settings than ever the subject of home assessments is particularly relevant. Considerations include their income level, whether they own or rent their homes and if they have the resources or autonomy to renovate. Using the best home assessment tools and finding clever solutions for personal environments is only complicated further when you factor in the limited available reimbursable hours to conduct an assessment in the home with the patient present prior to discharge. This webinar looks at smart ways to bring your plan together.
