In the eyes of the law, undue influence is a transaction that allows a dominant party to impose their will upon a person who is weak or vulnerable without adequate attention to the consequence of the action. Nearly all of us have encountered clients who have been persuaded to do something they really didn't want to do, were involved with a group or organization whose behavior contradicted their common sense, partnered in an abusive relationship, or were even cheated in a swindle.
This seminar provides an invaluable inside look into what victimized clients have been through, and evidence-based methods on how to identify those who will become victims.
