Description
This course explores new strengthening, stretching, balancing and cardiovascular methods using the Swiss Ball, and how to enhance evaluation skills and augment your treatment program using it. Swiss Ball activities add diversity to treatment regimens and are enjoyed by all ages and patient populations: pediatric, post-partum, geriatric, orthopedic, neurologic, cardiac, chronic pain and sports medicine.
