WORK INJURY CONSULTANTS
Work Injury Consultants (WIC) is a consulting firm specializing in work injury therapy programs and services in the workers’ compensation industry. The worker’s compensation therapy industry is ever changing and remains one of the most challenging, yet financially rewarding sectors of the therapy marketplace. WIC evolved in order to provide clinically-based consulting services, program development and education programs in order to address these changes and challenges. WIC services are designed to assist the rehabilitation provider to develop in-house clinical expertise, enhance work injury therapy outcomes, improve program efficiencies and expand marketing opportunities in worker’s compensation. WIC offers educational and marketing programs and services specifically designed for the rehabilitation providers who desire to excel and provide clinical expertise in the workers’ compensation therapy marketplace.
TRAINING PROGRAMS/PROVIDER COLLEGE PROGRAM:
Work Injury Consultants has developed a specialized training program called the " Provider College " program. This program creates a unique "College" for each provider group called the "(Name of therapy/ins. carrier Co. ) College." Each Provider College is customized for that particular organization and can include the presentation of the organization’s company logo. This unique and effective learning tool can be used by therapists, provider clients as a means of marketing services and programs, marketing team members to enhance programs sales and for training and education to insurance carriers/case managers who are actively involved in workers’ compensation case management.
Only therapists or employees from that provider company will have access to the college and the training modules. This training program is especially geared towards therapy providers, individual therapists and insurance adjusters/case managers who would like to either obtain or provide training in the clinical management of worker rehabilitation, therapy utilization, marketing and selling ergonomics and worker rehab services, provider service proposals and contracting, FCEs, ergonomics and return to work programs.
PROVIDER COLLEGE OBJECTIVES:
Provider College is a specialized training program that was developed by Work Injury Consultants in order to provide advanced training and clinical discussion in concepts of clinical management in the skilled therapy services and return to work under workers’ compensation.

HOW DOES PROVIDER COLLEGE WORK?
Provider College works by offering web-based training to all company therapists or employees. Upon registration, each participant receives a log in and password to the access the specialized Provider College website. The participants take the online course(s) and are required to pass a post-course quiz. Each participant has their own account that records the status of all courses. Reports of therapist or employee course outcomes can be generated for clinical managers. After passing the quiz, the participants can immediately print a certificate of completion for their records.
