Evidence based practice provides a frame work for integrating evidence into clinical practice. Not only can these concepts influence individual clinical decision making however, increasingly policy makers and third party payers are seeking out evidence to support specific interventions. Therefore, it is essential that clinicians understand the basic ideas and also be able to use these models in an easy to apply manner. This course will review the basic concepts of EBP as well as provided a system by which to apply them into clinical practice in a meaningful way.
