In this session, physical therapist Sara Harvey will present team strategies designed to improve student participation including creative ideas for:
1.) Collaborating with and training staff
2.) Goal setting and data collection
3.) Identifying environmental supports in inclusion and specialized environments. After case-based discussions and a brainstorming activity, participants should leave feeling empowered to collaborate with staff and families to promote and support meaningful inclusion in a school community.
